CRINUM x BRADLEY

Crinum x bradley is a rich pink cultivar created by the late H. B. Bradley in Australia.   It is reportedly a cross of crinum scabrum x crinum flaccidum.

This cultivar has not produced seed, but produces offsets.   Eleven offsets were separated from two bulbs that were purchased.   When moved in the fall of 2005 they were approximately 4" in diameter.   Five of the 2004 offsets have bloomed by the end of July 2006.   This striking cultivar with it shiny foliage and beautiful flowers would be an asset to any garden.

This crinum is reportedly hardy through Zone 7 in a garden setting.
