Crinum x dwarf

This cultivar was acquired in the fall of 2004 from a grower in Florida.   It has been reported to be a cross of crinum moorei x crinum americanum.   The bulb of this cultivar is small in comparison to most other crinum.   Blooming size bulbs measure approximately 2.5 inches.

A low growing cultivar, hybrid is fitted to most gardens.   This cultivar produces no seed, but produces a very liberal number of offsets.   Reported to be the producer of the most offsets, this cultivar is useful for borders, as well as other general garden use.

This crinum is hardy through Zone 8 in a garden setting.
